Returns
UK Customers:
You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and with all labels attached.
International Customers (EU, USA & Canada, Australia & New Zealand, Asia):
Returns can also be made within 14 days of receiving your order. All items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all labels attached. Please note that international customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
How to Return
Email our customer service team at service@sr-a.com to notify us of your return.
Include your order number and reason for the return.
Pack your items securely in the original packaging.
Ship your return to the address provided by our customer service team.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges (including original shipping) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

Return Policy – SR_A
Items must be in original condition, with all packaging materials, accessories, and applicable tags intact to be eligible for a refund.
The following criteria must be met for a return:
Return window: A return must be requested within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Original condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.
Original packaging: Returns must include all original packaging such as shoe boxes, dust bags, brand tags, and authenticity cards. Packaging must not be altered, damaged, or missing.
SR_A security tag: If your item arrived with an SR_A security tag, it must not be removed, altered, or damaged.
Final Sale: Final Sale items and shipping fees are non-refundable.
Face masks: For hygiene reasons, all face masks and face coverings are Final Sale and cannot be returned.
Intimate apparel and swimwear: Lingerie, hosiery, underwear, swimsuits, and bikini bottoms must be unworn, with the original hygienic protection sticker intact, to be eligible for return.
Self-care: Face, body, hair, and make-up products must be sealed, unused, and in their original packaging.
Sexual wellness: Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. For health and safety reasons, all sexual wellness toys are Final Sale and cannot be returned.
Technology: Must be returned with all original manuals, accessories, and manufacturer packaging. If originally sealed, the seal must remain unbroken.
Dangerous goods: Items such as candles, fragrances, oils, pressurized cans, and electronics containing batteries are Final Sale and not eligible for return.
SR_A reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with the above policy. Non-compliant items will be returned to the original shipping address without a refund.
